Contact InfoI do computer support for the Lafayette Family Dental practice in Lafayette, IN. I’m writing today to let you know how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to work with Ryan S. on Friday, Nov. 20. On that day, I was installing a new file server at the clinic, and called to request some assistance with the XLDent portion of that installation. By luck of the draw, Ryan answered the phone, and spent the next several hours working with me to facilitate this transition. Together, we updated LFD’s 4 tablets and several workstations. Throughout the call, Ryan was patient, courteous, and very professional – he was a real pleasure to work with!
