Site Registration

For about one month now, I have been working with an Implementation Specialist regarding many things. Our office needed a full “revamping” of our codes, clinical favorites, perio charting, pre-existing conditions, and others. Our interaction with the Specialist has been superb. Above excellent. He takes his time with each and every question we have, explains it thoroughly, and never rushes us. Any time I need him he contacts me extremely timely and is always eager to help. Sometimes in a fast paced office, I don’t have a tremendous amount of time to trouble shoot things, so to have him at our disposal has been a benefit for our practice unlike any other.
