Trinity, our new AI phone assistant, is now live on the XLDent support line. It may feel different from what you're used to, but it's designed to get you answers faster and provide a smoother experience. Rather than menus to choose from, Trinity is conversational, so you can say what you need in plain words.

Trinity knows the XLDent software, including how-to's, so it can often answer common questions on the spot. When it doesn't know, a person will take over. Trinity will route you to the right team and carry forward what you already told it.

The more detail you give Trinity about your question or problem, the more our team knows before they pick up, so you spend less time repeating yourself and more time getting it solved.

Prefer a representative during your call? Ask to "talk to a person" at any point and Trinity will connect you.

Helpful Tip: If you've left a message, you're already in the queue and a member of our team will reach out soon - no need to call back.

Trinity will help with routine requests, like resetting a password or adding an appointment, and will route you to the right team when a person should take over — carrying forward what you already told it.
