You'll talk to Trinity the way you talk to our team

Trinity, our AI phone assistant, is coming soon to the XLDent support line. Some callers assume they'll be stuck choosing from a menu. You won't. Trinity is conversational, so you'll be able to say what you need in plain words.

Trinity will help with routine requests, like resetting a password or adding an appointment, and will route you to the right team when a person should take over — carrying forward what you already told it.

Prefer a representative from the start? Ask to "talk to a person" at any point and Trinity will connect you.
